Share Your Feelings with Others

It’s OK to be real, not to fake it all the time.

Sharing your feelings, in the right way, at the right time, with your children and others is one of the most loving things you can do for yourself and them.

It may bring pain and hurt at first, but later it will bring comfort and joy.

Sharing your feelings is good for your mental health.

It’s not healthy to keep our feelings bottled up inside of us.

Your children’s sharing of their feelings is good for their mental health.

Teach your children how to share their feelings in the correct and loving way.
